在原电力系统自动化技术人才培养体系下,借鉴国内外课程教学改革经验,开展学期项目教学改革研究,切实做好专业人才培养的三年学期项目安排,实现能力"三递进"。在现代职业教育思想指导下,以学生为中心,让教师转变角色,学生转变学习方法,在完成各阶段项目任务的过程中,按专业人才成长规律递进学习,提升职业能力和综合素质,最终达成高职院校提高人才培养质量的目标。

Under the power system automatic technique talents cultivation system, with reference from curriculum teaching reform experience both home and abroad, the paper develops term project teach ing reform study, makes a good arrangement of professional talents cultivation three year term project and realizes students ability'three successive progression'. Guided by the modern education ideas of student-centre, teachers' role change and students learning methods change, in the process of completion of project tasks at various stages, students are required to learn according to professional talents growth rules to promote their occupation ability and synthetic quality. Thus the final promotion of vocational college talents cultivation goals will be reached.
