大学英语四级听力“短篇新闻”现状及过关策略研究——以泸州职业技术学院和四川警察学院为例

摘要 为了适应新形势下社会对大学生英语听力能力需求的变化,进一步提高听力测试的效度,全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会自2016年6月考试起对四、六级考试的听力试题作局部调整——取消短对话和短文听写,新增短篇新闻。从改革看出CET考试越来越注重考查学生真实的听力能力,考试难度明显提升,因此夯实基础成为重中之重。本文通过问卷调查,提出要过四级不仅仅要加强新闻听力解题策略与技巧指导,还要分析英语新闻报道的结构和特点,更要夯实基础,保持考前良好状态,考生只有坚持不懈地努力,才能取得令人满意的成绩。 In order to adapt to the change that the social demands for college students' English listening ability under the new situation,to further enhance the hearing test validity, the National CET 4 and 6 Committee has made local adjustment for the listening of CET 4 and 6 since June 2016——cancel the short dialogues and passage dictation and then add short news items. From this reform we can see CET pay more and more attention to checking students' real listening ability, simultaneously the test difficulty level improved significantly, so laying solid foundation becomes top priority. In this paper, through the questionnaire survey the writer puts forward that in order to pass CET 4 the students should not only strengthen news hearing problem-solving strategies and skills to guide, but also analyze the structures and features of English news reports, and most of all they should lay solid foundation and keep in good condition before the exam. Only by unremitting efforts can they get satisfactory results.
