摘要 教师的教学能力是影响教学质量和教学效果的关键性因素,高职《小学语文教学法》课程承担着培养学生具有从事小学语文教学的基本理论和教学策略,具备初步的小学语文教学能力的重要任务。针对教学中存在的问题,可以通过构建理论与实践相融合的课程教学体系,实施实践教学项目化训练,探索实践教学考核评价体系等途径开展基于能力导向的课程实践教学改革,以提升语文教育专业学生综合素质和教师教学能力。 Teacher's teaching ability plays a key role in influencing teaching quality and teaching results. Primary School Chinese Pedagogics in higher vocational college bears great mission on cultivating student's ability in teaching theory, strategy in primary school Chinese teaching and on student's preliminary teaching ability. To solve this problem and promote students' comprehensive quality and teaching ability majoring in Chinese teaching, on can set up such curriculum system as theory and practice integration, implement project practice of practical teaching, explore practical teaching evaluation system that is based on ability oriented method so as to realize the successfully practical teaching reform.
