Reflection on Investigation Students Leader in the Process of Education and Training

学生干部是高校学生工作管理队伍的重要组成部分,要让学生干部能够充分发挥其工作职责和模范带头作用,那就必须选拔出优秀的学生干部。本文从在教育培训中考察学生干部的优势、做法及完善教育培训中考察学生干部的几点思考三个方面来阐述高校学生干部选拔的问题,旨在对高校学生干部考察和培养提供一些思路。

Students leader plays an important role in university students'management work.To make Students leader take full responsibility and work as a model,we must choose the excellent ones.This thesis states the problem of Students leader selection by thinking about three issues as the advantages,methods and perfecting of evaluating Students leader in the process of training so as to provide some ideas on Students leader’s investigation and training in the universities.
