互联网是20世纪最具有革命性的科学成果之一,"互联网+"换代升级了传统产业、行业和业态,催生了新产业、新行业和新业态。"互联网+"的应用给我们的生活带来了翻天覆地的变化。在"互联网+"的时代中,作为高职院校辅导员需要准确把握高职院校学生的特点,做好"互联网+"学生管理工作。本文从高职院校辅导员日常工作内容、"互联网+"时代思想政治教育工作面临的挑战和机遇等方面入手,探索"互联网+"时代高校辅导员工作的创新模式。

The Internet is one of the most revolutionary scientific achievements of the 20 th century. The Internet plus updates and upgrades traditional industry, business and commercial activities. All these have generated new industry, new business and new commercial activities. The application of Internet plus has brought earth-shaking changes in our daily life. In such time, higher vocational college counselor needs to grasp features of college students and to work on student's management.This thesis starts with higher vocational college counselor's daily work, challenges and opportunities of ideological and political education work in the Internet Plus time, and explores innovation model of higher vocational college counselor's work in the Internet Plus time.
