摘要
分布式测量控制系统的基本结构是PC机作为上位机,通过RS-232串口与现场单片机进行通信,上位机接收单片机采集的温度数据,进行实时显示与存储,并且根据温度设定值计算出控制参数,下传给单片机进行温度控制。实验证明,用RS-232串口直接连接的分布式系统,通信距离在30米之内传输效果好,测量精确,控制灵敏。该系统可以独立应用,也可以作为一个模块植入到更复杂的系统中,做温度测量与控制的组件。
The basic structure of distributed measurement control system is that, personal computer communicate with field microcontroller through the RS-232 serial port as a upper computer. The PC receives the temperature data collected by the microcontroller,real time displays, storages, and calculates control parameters according to the tem-perature set value, then it sends the parameters to microcontroller for the temperature control. The experiment proves that, directly connected with RS-232 serial port, the distributed system has a good transmission effect, accurate measurement and sensitive control when the communication distance within 20 meters. The system can be used separately, also be implanted into a more complex system measuring temperature and controlling as a module.
