摘要
《贫困山区农村小学卓越教师培养途径研究——以泸州为例》课题组深入泸州的三个贫困县展开调研,通过问卷和访谈,得出结论:村级小学师资队伍状况令人堪忧,表现在教学网点分散、班额小,教师工作量大,教师整体素质偏低,教学质量得不到保证,青年教师流失严重等方面;同时,农村留守儿童、候鸟儿童现象凸显,贫困山区农村小学迫切需要培养卓越教师。由此,我们提出了卓越教师的培养途径:观念上理清思路,明确目标;方法上学习借鉴,提高效率;行动上扎根实际,落到实处;政策上适当倾斜,留住人才。
The research team of Research on Ways of Cultivation Excellent Primary School Teacher in Rural Poor Mountain Area —Taking Luzhou as an Example studies deeply three poor counties in Luzhou and gets some conclusions through questionnaires and interviews. The conclusions are as follows. First, the situation of primary schools teaching staff is worrying like scattered teaching network, small number of classes,heavy workload of teachers, the low overall quality of teachers, the lack of assurance of teaching quality and the serious drainage of young teachers. At the same time, the phenomenon of left-behind children and migrant children becomes prominent which means that rural primary schools in poor mountain areas are urgently in need of tra ining excellent teachers. Therefore, this thesis puts forward the way to train excellent teachers: ideally clearing up the thoughts and goals, study and learning on methods to improve working efficiency, taking root the reality in action to put everything into practice.
