基于德国“关键能力”培养视角的思想政治教育工作探索

Exploration on Ideological and Political Education Based on German Key Ability Training Idea

关键能力培养是德国职业教育模式的核心内容之一,是德国工匠品质培养的重要内核。德国职业教育对学生关键能力的培养,促进了学生综合素质的提升与职业发展。本文通过对德国关键能力内涵的剖析,分析了德国关键能力培养对学生思想政治教育的启发,结合中德项目教学的改革探索,对思想政治教育工作的探索创新作了梳理。

Key ability training is one of the core contents of German vocational education modeland also an important inner core of German craftsman quality training. German vocational education on students' key ability has improved students' comprehen sive quality and vocational development. Through analysis of German key ability connotation, this thesis analyzes enlightenment of German key ability training on students' ideological and political education. It also combs the exploration and inno-vation of ideological and political education by combining with the reform explo-ration on Sino-German project education.
