基于德国“双元制”职业教育理念的钳工技术课程改革

摘要 本文介绍了职业学校的关于精密机械加工师的培训任务、"双元制"职业教育教学原则,对比分析了"双元制"职业教育理念与传统教学理念的区别。对照德国精密机械加工师教学计划和培训规则,列出了在精密机械加工师培训过程中钳工技术课程的教学计划和培训规范。在中德试验班中运用"双元制"职业教育理念对钳工技术课程进行教学改革,运用试错法、讨论法等方法进行教学,基于实际工作过程对原有钳工技术教学模块进行学习情景设计,让学生在工作过程情景中掌握知识技能。对比分析传统教学和"双元制"教学的教学效果,发现:采用"双元制"职业教育理念教学后,学生的学习主动性有很大提高、技能掌握更牢固、零件加工精度更高、理论联系实践能力加强。 This thesis introduces training task of precision machinist in vocational college and teaching principle of Dual System vocational education, and makes comparative analysis of the difference between Dural System vocational education concept and traditional teaching concept. Comparing with the teaching plan and training rules of precision machinist in Germany, this thesis lists teaching plan and training rules of bench work technology course in the training process of precision machinists. In Sino-Germany trial class, it takes educational reform on bench work technology by using Dural System vocational education idea, conducts teaching by trial-and-error method and discussion method, and takes learning situation design of former bench work technology teaching module based on actual working process, so as to help stu-dents grasp knowledge and skills in the process of working scene. By comparing teac-hing effects of traditional teaching and Dural System, this thesis concludes that after taking occupational teaching concept of Dural System, students can greatly improve their learning initiative, master more tight skills, process more precision parts and strengthen better ability of combination theory and practice.
