摘要 为监测学生的年度成长情况,跟踪学生培养全过程,全面了解学前教育专业的人才培养情况,特分析了麦可斯2017年关于2014级、2015级学生成长评价报告,从具体数据中了解到学前教育专业在人才培养中存在的问题及取得的人才培养效果,更客观地促进学前教育专业的发展,提高人才培养质量。 In order to supervise the students' annual development,tracking the personnel train-ing, realizing a comprehensive situation about the personnel training of preschool education,2 students-developing-evaluation reports made by Mycos 2017 were analysis-ed to know the problems of personnel training in preschool education as well as the achievement, in order to promote the preschool education and increase the quality of the personnel training objectively.
