摘要
螺纹拧紧时螺纹胶对螺纹的阻力会影响螺纹拧紧力矩。本文针对螺纹拧紧过程中的流动问题,采用CFD数值模拟的方法对螺纹所受的流体阻力进行分析,结果表明:螺纹拧紧时所受流体阻力主要受螺纹运动速度及螺纹相对位置影响;当速度越大时,阻力越大;螺母螺纹靠近螺杆螺纹时所受阻力增大。通过对螺纹拧紧过程中流体的速度及压力分布进行分析,得到了一些有用的结论。本文的分析能够为螺纹拧紧力矩的计算及螺纹设计提供理论支持。
The resistance of the thread glue to the thread when the thread is tightened affects the thread tightening torque. In this paper, the flow resistance in the thread tightening pro cess is analyzed by the method of CFD numerical simulation. The results show that the resistance of the fluid when the thread is tightened is mainly affected by the thread movement speed and the relative position of the thread; When large, the resistance is greater; the resistance to the nut thread approaching the screw thread increases. Then,the velocity and pressure distribution of the fluid during thread tightening were anal yzed, and some useful conclusions were obtained. The analysis in this paper can pro vide theoretical support for the calculation of thread tightening torque and thread de sign.
