摘要
观察幼儿是幼儿园保育与教育的重要手段,有着重要的教育意义。幼儿教师的观察能力是指教师根据观察对象,有计划地进行搜集信息和科学解读,并反馈应用于实践的能力。基于目前幼儿园现状,幼儿教师观察能力存在着问题。为提高教师观察能力,教育行政部门要优化管理机制,学校要加强职前幼师培养,幼儿园要积极创设支持平台,教师自身也要强化专业学习。
Observing young children is an important means of kindergarten conservation and education,and has important educational significance.The observation ability of the kindergarten teachers refers to the ability of the teacher to systematically collect information and scientific interpretation according to the observation object,and feedback the application to practice.Based on the current situation of kindergartens,there are problems with the observation ability of kindergarten teachers.In order to improve the ability of teachers to observe,the education administrative department should optimize the management mechanism.The school should strengthen the training of preservice kindergarten teachers.The kindergartens should actively create support platforms,and teachers themselves should strengthen professional learning.
