中国共产党早期青年运动领导人之一,新民主主义教育家恽代英,与泸州职业技术学院有着血脉相连的历史渊源。恽代英的教育思想涉及教育目标、教育内容、教材编写、教学方法、教师教育、考试制度、社会实践活动等方面,在当时的社会历史条件下,恽代英的教育思想具有前瞻性、科学性、系统性和实用性。在泸州职业技术学院申报建设优质高职院校的背景下,传承与创新恽代英的教育思想是泸州职业技术学院对历史的重视与文化的传播。本文从服务区域经济发展,强化历史使命感和社会责任感教育;推进教育教学改革,传承"以人为本"的现代教育理念;自觉觉人,着力打造"善教、善育、善作、善研"的师资队伍;深化产教融合,践行实践教育等四个方面研究恽代英教育思想在优质高职建设中的传承与创新。

One of the early youth movement leaders of the Communist Party of China,also the new democratic educator Yun Daiying,has a close historical origin with Luzhou Vocational and Technical College.The education thoughts of Yun Daiying involves education goal,education content,textbook compilation,teaching method,teacher education,examination system and social practice activity and so on.Under the social historical condition at that time,the education thoughts of Yun Yaiying has its prospective,scientific,systematic and the practical meaning.Under the background of LVTC applying for the higher vocational college with superior quality,the inheritance and innovation of Yun Daiying’s education thoughts shows that LVTC pays great attention to history and cultural transmission.This thesis explores the inheritance and innovation of Yun Daiying education thoughts in the construction of higher vocational college with superior quality though four perspectives as teaching on providing service for area economic development,strengthening the sense of historical mission and the sense of social responsibility;Inheriting modern education concept of'people-oriented';Being consciously aware of people by striving to build teaching staff with quality of'good teaching,good education,good work and good scientific research';Deepening the integration of industry and education to practice practical education and so on.
