高职院校辅导员就业指导工作思考

Thoughts on Headteacher of Higher Vocational College Providing Employment Guidance to College Students

学生就业指导工作是高职院校辅导员工作的重要部分,但是因为很多辅导员所带班级和学生人数较多,日常事务繁琐,无法将就业指导工作做细。本文笔者指出了高职院校辅导员就业指导工作普遍存在的问题,分析其问题产生的原因,总结出解决问题的对策,接下来举例说明在实践中取得的成效。最后阐明辅导员在就业指导工作中更应该有奉献精神,努力提高学生就业率和就业质量,努力成为学生的良师益友。

Employment guidance to college students is an important part of headteacher work in higher vocational colleges.However,for the large number of classes and students,as well as tedious daily affairs,headteacher can not do the employment guidance work in detail.In this paper,the author points out common problems existing in headteacher work in higher vocational college,analyzes the causes of the problems,summarizes countermeasures to solve the problems,and then illustrates the effects obtained in practice.Finally,the paper expounds that headteacher should be more dedicated in employment guidance,strive to improve the employment rate and quality of students,and strive to become good teachers and helpful friends of stu dents.
