摘要
个体心理的发展具有连贯性,埃里克森的心理发展阶段理论清楚地给我们指明了心理发展的各个阶段,以及各个阶段的突出矛盾。如何化解、平衡这些矛盾,个体需要与环境以及明确的主体教育者发生互动,那么主体教育者如何利用环境和个体产出有针对性的互动活动,埃里克森的心理发展理论给了我们很多的教育启示。
the development of individual psychology is coherent.Erickson’s theory of stages of psychological development clearly points out the stages of psychological devel opment and the prominent contradictions in each stage.How to resolve and balance these contradictions,the individual needs to interact with the environment and clear subject educators,then how the subject educators use the environment and individual output targeted interactive activities,Erickson’s psychological develop ment theory has given us a lot of educational enlightenment.
