港口型国家物流枢纽承载城市背景下泸州港发展对策研究

Development Stragety Study on Luzhou Port under the Background of Port-Type National Logistics Hub Carrying City

在《国家物流枢纽布局和建设规划》中,泸州被规划为港口型国家物流枢纽承载城市,为泸州港带来了新的发展机遇。文章基于泸州港发展现状,运用SWOT模模型,分析其优势、劣势,发展机遇和面临的威胁,并提出主动融入'上港战略',借力发展、发展多式联运、差异化定位,实施腹地竞争战略和加强政府政策支持,推进泸渝段航道'三升二'工程等建议。

In the National Logistics Hub Layout and Construction Planning,luzhou is planned as a port-type national logistics hub carrying city,which brings new development opportunities for luzhou port.Based on current development situation of luzhou port,this thesis analyzes its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats by using SWOT model,and puts forward some suggestions like actively integrating SIPG Stragegy,leveraging development,developing multimodal transport,differentiated positioning,hinterland competition strategy and strengthening policy support from government so as to promote'Level Three to Two'project in the channel of Luzhou-Chongqing section.
