摘要
观察儿童体现出'以儿童为本'的教育思想,观察儿童是一种学前教育科学研究方法,观察儿童是学前师范生所必备的一项专业能力。目前,大多数幼儿教师观察能力较弱,学前师范教育又存在观察课程缺失现象,学前师范教育观察课程体系的重新构建是必然的。因此,高校应重视基础课程的建设,开设儿童行为观察课程,增加教育见习实习中的观察训练,开展激励性的观察幼儿技能比赛。
Observing children’s educational thoughts of'child-oriented'.Observing children is a scientific research method for preschool education.Observing children is a professional ability necessary for kindergarten teachers.Currently,Most kindergarten teachers have weak observation ability.Preschool teacher education has the phenomenon of observing courses.The reconstruction of preschool teacher education observation course system is inevitable.Therefore,colleges should pay attention to the construction of basic courses,set up children’s behavior observation courses,increase observation training in educational internships,and conduct incentives to observe early childhood skills competitions.
