摘要
感应淬火的目的已从仅仅提高零件的局部耐磨性扩大到提高零件的整体静强度和疲劳强度。叙述了近年来国内外汽车零件淬火用感应加热电源、淬火机床及感应加热淬火工艺的发展,找出了本专业与国外的差距,提出了专业发展方向。
The aim of induction quenching has been enlarged from only improving local wear resistance to improving whole static strength and fatigue strength of parts.In this paper the development of induction quenching technology,heating electrical source and quenching machine thereof used for automotive parts at home and abroad are described,the gap between domestic and foreign technology is found and the technology development direction is given.
