介绍了汽车塑料外饰件自动涂装线的主要设备。对水洗、喷房、烘房、空气供应系统、油漆输送系统、运输链系统、废水处理系统、废气焚烧炉以及消防系统等的选用进行了阐述。结合实践经验介绍了汽车塑料外饰自动涂装线的主要构成及特点。
The equipments used for automatic painting line for automotive plastics outer parts were introduced,the selections of water washing,spraying house,air supplier,painting transport,waste water treatment,waste gas incinerator,fire protection system and etc.were presented.Based on experience,primary structure and characters of automatic painting line for automotive plastics outer parts were introduced.
