摘要
论述了自动换挡控制系统的硬件和软件构成。在控制软件的设计中,采用模块化的设计思想,应用实时多任务软件控制技术,以中断控制为核心,保证了软件的可扩充性与重组性。为便于对换挡过程的监测,设计了PC机数据采集软件。为验证电控系统硬件和软件的正确性,进行了模拟试验,结果表明,自动换挡控制系统的原理正确,技术可行,数据采集软件能够实现所要求的功能。
The compositions of hardware and software of the automatic shifting control system are discussed.The modularization design concept,the real time multitask software control technology are applied and the break control is tak-en as the kernel in the software design to assure its extensibility and the recomposing.In order to monitor the shifting pro-cess,the PC-based data acquisition software is designed.Simulation tests are carried out.It is shown by the tests that the principle of the automatic shifting control system is correct,its technology is feasible and the data acquisition software can offer all the required functions.
