本文以对大众型大学概念的考察与界定为切入点 ,对大众型大学与高等教育系统和社会系统等相关因素进行了分析 ,并就我国目前高等教育的实际 。

This article offers an analysis of colleges and universities oriented to the general public within the existing framework of higher education and social institutions. It also makes a discussion of the position of such colleges and universities in light of China's present situation of higher education.
