《港口法》呼之欲出

现在,我国已基本建成了功能齐全、配套合理的内外开放的港口体系,但一直没有完备统一的《港口法》。最近,我国《港口法》(草案)已经出台,今年就可颁布实施。

At present, China has basically set up an opening port system with comprehensive functions and sound accessories. However, there has been, a shortage of a complete and unified Port Law. Recently, The Port Law (Draft) has been unveiled and is expected to come into force within this year.
