加入WTO对西部地区经济增长格局的影响

本文论述了加入WTO对中国西部地区经济增长格局的影响。经过论证分析 ,认为加入世贸组织将激励西部地区经济“增长极”的成长 ,指出优势资源型产业和当地需求型产业将成为西部地区的经济“增长点” ,提出在西部地区合理布局经济“增长点” ,构筑“井”字型空间布局形态的设想 ,最后提出了有关政策措施建议。

The impacts on the framework of economic increase in the west reign of China caused by the Chinas entrance in the WTO are mainly discussed. The first, the entrance in the WTO will bestir the pullulation of 'the economic increase pole' in the west region of China. At present, in the West, the capacity to participate in the international competition and share the international industry is relatively weak. It is necessary to attract the international capital by the utilization of some advantages and superiority resource reserve. Taking the 'introduce in' as its first step of strategy to joint in the global economic cooperation progress. But the west reign of China has also its own shortcomings, such as the small population inhabitation in large area and the social economic essential in a sparseness distribution. The second, the superiority resource reserve industry and local demand industry will be the 'economic increase spot' in west reign of China. The agriculture products, mining products and biology products and resources in west reign of China have their 'unique' advantages. It is possible to occupy the international market and become the international industry base. Some relative industrial products will be developed rapidly, such as the manufacture of small machine and tools, the construction material, local foods, fertilizer and pesticide, printing and packing as well as tourism industry. High technology industry will become the new shinning spot and will bring the west reign of China into participating in the international market competition and share the international industry successfully. The third, a scheme has been bring out to speed up the economic growth in west reign of China. Which is reasonable distribute the 'economic increase spot' in west reign of China, formulate a '井' style distribution. The superiority resource reserve industry should be distributed in resource reserved place and the deep manufacture plants are located around the main cities. The high technology industry should be mainly distributed in such as Xian,Chongqing, Chengdu. It is suggested that two transverse lines of the '井' character represent the Xilonghai lanxin railway line and the Changjiang river upriver area, the two lengthways lines of the '井' character represent the Baotou Xian Chongqin Guiyang Nanning Beihai railway line and the Yinchuan Lanzhou Chengdu Kunming railway line.
