摘要
寻求有利于教师发展和学校人事决定相统一的教师评价制度是当前各国的努力方向,美国的基于教师行为表现的发展性评价制度便是这一制度的有意尝试。文章对这一制度的内涵和实施程序做了介绍,以期对我国的教师评价有所助益。
Nowadays,all countries are seeking the int eg ration of the teacher's evaluation systems that can benefit both teacher's de velopment and the school's personnel decision.The performance-based developm ental evaluation system is the attempt in this way.This paper introduces the s ystem's contents and its implementing procedures,which can provide some inspi ration for our teacher education.
