摘要
根据济南市地下水动态资料 ,拟定判断泉水出流状态的两种标准 :低标准 ,济南泉水流量年均 17× 10 4 m3 d ,市 (泉 )区喀斯特水年均水位 2 8m ;高标准 ,泉水流量年均 33× 10 4 m3 d ,市 (泉 )区喀斯特水年均水位 30m。依据保泉的低、高两种标准 ,建议分两步走 :第一步为近期对策 ,解决可利用水量 70× 10 4 m3 d ,可基本满足市区生活用水 ,泉水基本上可常年出流 ;第二步为长远对策 ,解决可利用水量 12 0× 10 4 m3 d ,市区人民可常年用上优质地下水 。
Protect spring to provide water in Jinan city is a complicated and sysmatic construction. It should be done entirely from basis and stepply from facts. According to low and high protection standard, it is suggested to be done in two steps: first step is current countermeasures, which can provide 70×10 4 m 3/d amount of water, meet the demand of living water in civil, and spring can deep flowing all the year round; second step is long-term countermeasures, which can provide 120×10 4 m 3/d amount of water, civil people can use qualified underground water all the year round, and spring keep a good sprouting condition.
