摘要
介绍了一种使用新型单片机作为控制单元的焊接防触电装置的硬件系统和控制软件。硬件部分包括Microchip公司的PIC系列单片机控制部分和由晶闸管组成的强电部分,控制软件采用PID(Pro portionalIntegralDifferential)控制算法,使得该装置不仅能够实现焊接的防触电功能,而且还可以控制焊接电流,使焊接电流满足焊接工艺要求的恒流特性,获得较好的焊接效果。
Introduces a new design device of hardware system and software system against electric shock based on a new kind of MCU. Hardware consists of control circuit based on PIC series MCU and power circuit based thyristors. And software is designed according to PID control algorithm. Thus this device can not only protect people from electric shock, but also control the welding current in order to gain better welding effect.
