摘要
在源远流长的中国传统文化中,重养生、求长寿是一大特色,不少思想家和医学家认识到"养生"重在"养心",在长期的探索和实践中形成了比较系统的"养心"思想。这些思想主要包括:形神兼养,调神先调形;养心贵在养德;情欲适度,内守精神;顺应四时,养心调神;调节情志,避免刺激等,而且这些思想具有重要的现实价值。
In the long-standing traditional culture of China,it is a great feature to attach importance to one's health and seek a long life.Not a few thinkers and medical specialists have realized that it is very important 'molding the temperament' in order that 'keeping one's health' and formed a system of thoughts of 'molding the temperament' in the long research and practice.The writer thought that most of those thoughts are:1.conserving one's both physical health and mental health and being physically healthy before mentally healthy;2.one must pay attention to improving his morality for 'molding the temperament';3.moderating the desiring and maintaining the spirit;4.conforming to the seasons and both molding the temperament and maintaining the mentality;and 5.accommodating the emotion and avoiding irritating.And the writer also discussed the reality value of all those thoughts.
