摘要
故障模式影响分析是复杂系统设计中不可缺的部分。系统发生故障的基本模式是基本功能构件角色发生变化,故可通过改变其角色引入故障模式:阻性构件功能异常时,能量传输将阻塞和短路;储能器构件功能异常时,储量功能将下降或消失;生成器构件功能异常时,能量输出将超界或无输出。根据系统功能构件间的关系,将它们连接可形成表示系统结构信息的网络功能角色模型,并作为故障推理的基础。在总结功能角色模型建立原则的基础上,以电动齿轮泵为例,论述了系统功能角色模型的建立,并利用该模型对电动齿轮泵系统进行故障模式影响分析。
FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) is an indispensable part of the design process of complex systems. Systems basic failure modes can be established by changing original functional role. For example, the energy transmission is blocked and shorted when resistor failed, its storing function drops or disappears when reservoir failed, the output will run over or become zero when generator failed. According to the relations of functional primitives, functional primitives are linked and a systems functional role model that represents the structure information is constructed, used it as the basis of fault reasoning. Based on the principle of constructed functional role model, taking motor gear pump as an example, establishment of functional role model and FMEA of motor gear pump system was discussed.
