肝癌疫苗激活的TIL细胞对原发性肝癌患者的NK细胞活性的影响及意义

EFFECTS AND SIGNIFICANCES OF TIL STIMULATED BY LIVER CANCER VACCINES ON NK ACTIVITY IN PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY LIVER CANCER

目的 :探讨经肝癌疫苗激活的肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞 (tum or infiltrating lym phocytes,TIL)对原发性肝癌患者 NK细胞活性的影响。方法 :使用冷冻方法制成肝癌疫苗 ,用于激活 TIL 细胞。对 2 6例原发性肝癌患者使用经肝癌疫苗激活的 TIL 细胞治疗 ,检测其治疗前后 NK细胞活性的变化 ,并与对照组相比较。结果 :应用肝癌疫苗激活的 TIL 细胞的患者 ,其 NK细胞活性明显提高。结论 :应用肝癌疫苗激活的 TIL 细胞 ,能明显地提高原发性肝癌患者的

Objective:To observe the effects of TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines on NK activity in patients with primary liver cancer Methods:The liver cancer vaccines made by the cryo method were used to stimulate TIL Twenty six cases of patients with primary liver cancer were assayed for NK activity before and after treatment by TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines, and the effects were compared with those of control groups Results: The NK activity was raised obviously after the treatment by TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines Conclusion: The results indicates that the TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines can enhance highly NK activity in patients with primary liver cancer
