摘要
目的 :研究 Bcl- 2及 Bax蛋白在鼻咽癌的表达情况及其在鼻咽癌发生发展中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组织化学 S- P法对60例鼻咽泡状核细胞癌及低分化鳞癌组织标本和 10例正常鼻咽黏膜组织标本进行了凋亡相关基因 Bcl- 2和 Bax蛋白产物检测。结果 :1在正常鼻咽黏膜中 ,Bcl- 2蛋白在大多数基底层细胞阳性而基底层以上细胞无表达、Bax则在全部黏膜上皮中表达 ;2 Bcl- 2在癌旁黏膜组织及鼻咽癌组织中的阳性率分别为 3 5 .4 8%和 90 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中 Bcl- 2在泡状核细胞癌及低分化鳞癌的阳性率分别为 97.5 %和 75 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;3 Bax在癌旁黏膜组织及鼻咽癌组织的阳性率分别为 96.77%和 78.3 3 %(P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中泡状核细胞癌 75 % ,低分化鳞状细胞癌 85 % (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :Bcl- 2和 Bax蛋白可能通过相互作用 ,调节鼻咽癌细胞凋亡 ,Bcl-
Objective:To detect the expression rates of Bcl 2 and Bax in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and to evaluate their effects on the carcinogenesis and the aggression of the Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) Methods:The expression of Bcl 2 and Bax proteins was displayed by the immunohistochemical staining in 10 normal nasopharyngeal epithelia and 60 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients Results:In 10 normal nasopharyngeal epithelia, Bcl 2 protein was expressed in the basic cells while Bax protein in the whole layer of the epithelium The positive rates of Bcl 2 expression was 35 48% in the paratumor tissue, 90% in the tissue of NPC, 97 5% in the tissue of VNCC and 75% in the tissue of PDSCC respectively The positive rates of Bax expression was 96 77% in the paratumor tissue, 78 33% in the tissue of NPC, 75% in the tissue of VNCC and 85% in the tissue of PDSCC respectively Conclusion:Proteins of Bcl 2 and Bax may affect the apoptosis in NPC,which means Bcl 2 and Bax gene codes protein may play some roles in the carcinogenesis and aggression of NPC The positive rates of Bcl 2 expression in VNCC were higher than that in PDSCC
