本文就创新人才培养体系的建立 ,从建立新的管理体制 ,建立新的育人模式 ,加强实践教学环节和建立质量监控体系四个方面进行了探讨 ,并提出高等学校只有改革旧的教学体制 ,建立新的培养体系 ,才能为社会培养出高素质创新型人才。

The article focuses on the discussion and probe into the building of the system of innovative talents training,that of new type management system,the new training model for talents and the enforcement of practical teaching steps and the building of teaching quality control pattern.This paper also comes up with the notion of remodeling the old teaching system into a new training system and only that will help produce the new type high quality talents.
