In modern Society,the principle of honezty and credit is very popular,It is the basic business morality and a basic principle of contract law.Especially in law,the principle is a legal ethics,with characteristics of moral norm,legal norm and double functions.It preserves not only the positive running of marketing system,but also improve the perfect and development of human being.
