摘要
人类基因组计划的逐步实施以及分子生物学相关学科的迅猛发展,基因序列数据正在以前所未有的速度迅速增长。建立新型杂交和测序方法以对大量的遗传信息进行高效、快速的检测、分析就显得格外重要,生物芯片技术就是在这种情况下应运而生的。常用的生物芯片分为三大类:即基因芯片、蛋白芯片、细胞和组织芯片。生物芯片技术有四大要点:芯片方阵的构建、样品的制备、生物分子反应和信号的检测。生物芯片作为一种高通量的技术,是肿瘤研究的一个有力工具。目前其应用范围大致可以归纳成如下几点:肿瘤基因谱的确定、肿瘤的基因分类、抗肿瘤药物的筛选及临床判断预后。本文概述了生物芯片这一新兴技术在肿瘤研究的状况及临床应用的前景。
With the processing of Human Genome Project and rapid growth of related molecular biology research, genome sequencing data have been accumulating exponentially.Detection and analysis of tremendous genetic information required rapid, high - throughput new technologies of hybridization and sequencing, and biochip technology emerged.Biochips are classified into three major categories: gene chip, protein chip, adn cell&tissue chip. And this technology contains four key points: microarray construction, biologicala sample preparation, molecular reaction and signal detection. Development of high - throughput biochip has dramatically enhanced our ability in cancer research. Current applications of the biochip technology in cancer research include analysis of global gene expression patterns, classification of cancer related genes, screening of anti - cancer drugs and prognosis prediction.This review has highlighted present usage of biochip technology in cancer ressarch and its potential clinical application,
