目的探讨各种超声引导肾脏组织活检优劣。方法超声定位,盲法负压抽吸活检;超声引导负压抽吸活检;超声引导手动切割活检;超声引导自动切割活检。结果超声引导自动切割活检法最佳,具有方法简便、速度快、成功率高、损伤小、无严重并发症等特点;其余依次为超声引导手动切割活检;超声引导负压抽吸活检及超声定位盲法负压抽吸活检。结论超声引导肾组织活检对肾脏疾病的诊疗有重要价值;有条件者应广泛采用超声引导自动切割活检法。

Purpose To probe the advantages and disadvantages of techonlogies of ultrasound - guided tissue examination of the. Methods Biopsy of blind vacuvm suction with the location of ultrasound; biopsy of vacuum suction under ulfrasound-guided; biopsy of manual cut with ul-trasound. guided and biopsy of automatic cut with ultrasound- guided. Results Tht ultrasound - guided and automatic cut biopsy is the one, with the character of simple quick high successful rate and less injury as well without severe complicutions; the following is biopsy of manual cut with ultrasound- guided, biopsy of vacuum suction with ultrasound guided and biopsy of blind vacuum suction with the location of ultrasound. Conclusion The biopsy of kidney tissue with the ultrasound - guided is very important for diognosis and Treatment of Kidney diseases , it should be adopted extensively if the merhods ate availahle examine of with ultrasound guided to the diagnoses and therapy of nephropathy.It will is applied widely to cut automatism the kidney tissue examine of with ultrasound guided.
