摘要
为了给蜱及蜱传疾病研究提供充足、有效的实验材料 ,我们对镰形扇头蜱 (Rhipicephalus haemaphysa-loideshaemaphysaloides)、亚洲璃眼蜱 (Hyalomma asiaticum asiaticum)、微小牛蜱 (Boophilusmicroplus)和嗜群血蜱(H aemaphysalis concinna)进行了实验室人工饲养。在 2 5°C,92 %相对湿度 ,黑暗条件下 ,以兔为唯一饲血动物 ,四种硬蜱均可完成整个生活史的发育。镰形扇头蜱完成一代需 86~ 12 0天 ,亚洲璃眼蜱需 10 4~ 14 7天 ,微小牛蜱需5 0~ 74天 ,嗜群血蜱需 88~ 12 5天。通过实验室人工饲养 ,成功进行了单雌蜱蜱群的繁殖。除微小牛蜱外 。
To provide experimental tick materials for studies on tick biology and tick borne diseases, a method was set up for the maintaining and feeding of ixodid ticks, Rhipicephalus haemaphysaloides haemaphysaloides, Hyalomma asiaticum asiaticum, Boophilus microplus and Haemaphysalis concinna in laboratory. Under the condition of 25 °C and 92% RH, All ticks were fed on rabbits in dark. The results showed that all ticks of four species could develop soundly. The life cycles of Rhipicephalus haemaphysaloides haemaphysaloides, Hyalomma asiaticum asiaticum, Boophilus microplus and Haemaphysalis concinna take 86~120 days, 104~147 days, 50~74 days and 88~125 days respectively, the laboratory colony of ticks were established under this condition. Except for Boophilus microplus, the other three species of ticks can develop into large colonies.
