甘蔗糖蜜酵母替代秘鲁鱼粉饲养肉鸡初步试验

Preliminary Experiment in the Feeding of Chickens With Molasses Yeast Instead of Peruvian Fish Meal

296只肉鸡28～58日龄阶段生长试验表明,甘蔗糖蜜酵母用量分别为3.5％、5.25％和7％的日粮获得了与秘鲁鱼粉用量为7％的日粮相似的生长速度和饲料报酬。甘蔗糖蜜酵母与秘鲁鱼粉对于石岐杂肉鸡生长中,后期的增重有等价或相似的蛋白质营养效果。

The results of the experiment with 296 chickens of 28—day to 58—day old fed separately with 3.5%,5.25% and 7% molasses yeast daily demonstrate similar growth rates and feed awards with those fed with 7% imported Peruvian fish meal.These confirm that,compared with the imported Peru- vian fish meal,the molasses yeast has an equal or similar Protein value for the increase of weight of the Shigi hybriod chickens in their later growth Period.
