摘要
通过对油酸盐捕收剂在萤石矿物表面的浮选作用机理和不同浓度油酸盐在不同pH值条件下的存在状态分析,提出用酸洗的方法降低萤石精矿表面有机物含量,当pH值降低到相应的临界值后,原先吸附在萤石精矿表面的有机物都可以降到合格的含量要求之下(200ppm)。
By analyzing the floatation mechanism of oleate collector on the surface of fluorite concentrate and the existing state of oleate of different concentrations in varied pH values, the authors proposes the employment of acid-washing to reduce the content of oleate on the surface of fluorite concentrate. When the pH value decreases below the corresponding critical value, the content of oleate adsorbed onto the surface of fluorite concentrate will be reduced below the demanded one (200ppm).
