摘要
对新型硬及极硬岩石反井镶齿盘型破岩滚刀的总体设计方案、CrMnMo空冷耐磨钢调质处理以及力学性能、镶嵌固齿和过盈量的确定等滚刀设计关键技术,进行了分析、试验和研究,并取得了相应的结论。
The general design scheme of new type built-up disc hob for breaking hard and super hard rock in back well is analyzed, the key techniques in designing the hob including quench and tempering, dynamic properties of CrMnMo air-quench abrasion resisting steel are experimented, the determination of interference magnitude of inserted teeth is studied, and the corresponding conclusions have been drawn
