摘要
以农杆菌LBA4 4 0 4介导将外源基因导入玉米骨干自交系齐 319、掖 5 15、掖 5 0 2等胚性愈伤组织 ,并由筛选出的抗性愈伤组织再生出可育植株。农杆菌浓度、共培养时间和玉米的基因型显著影响农杆菌介导的玉米愈伤组织的转化率。农杆菌的浓度OD60 0 0 5~ 0 7,共培养时间 3~ 4天时转化率较高。在相同条件下不同基因型的玉米胚性愈伤组织的转化率为 3 3%~ 10 %。
