在弧卤锥齿轮的设计中考虑切齿加工,通过对轮坯修正,以及相应的机床调整,提出一种新的加工方法——单号双面法。利用此方法,用较少的刀具规格,可以将弧齿锥齿轮大轮的凸凹面一次性切出,提高制齿效率。

In view of the process of spiral bevel gear, the paper puts forward a newprocess method-single number double-surfaces. By use of the method,the bigger one's convex and concave of spiral bevel gears can be cut out one-through with few format of cutters, which can improve the efficiency of processing the gears.
