摘要
以一个远缘杂交后代材料的89个株系为试材,用SDS-PAGE电泳方法鉴定分析了这些株系的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成。结果表明,在后代材料中亚基组成类型极其丰富。在Glu-A1、Glu-B1和Glu-D1三个位点上分别检测到3,6和9种不同的亚基类型,3位点结合共出现30种组成类型。其中,在Glu-A1位点上,1亚基出现频率最高,为57.31%;在Glu-B1位点上7+8和7+9亚基出现频率较高,分别为44.94%和34.83%;Glu-D1位点上的变异类型最丰富,其中被世界公认的优质亚基5+10出现频率最高,达38.20%,另外,还存在一些其它新的亚基组合类型。由此看来利用远缘杂交改良我国小麦品质有一定的优势。
The compositions of highmolecularweight glutenin subunits (HMWGS) in 89 lines from a distant hybridization were analyzed using SDSPAGE method in this experiment. The results showed that the HMWGS composition of 89 lines were extremely abundant. 3,6 and 9 different HMWGS types were found in the loci of GluA1, GluB1 and GluD1, respectively. After combining of three loci, there were 30 compositions types. At GluA1 locus, the frequency of subunit 1 (57.31%) was the highest. At GluB1 locus, the frequencies of subunits 7+8 (44.94%) and subunits 7+9 (38.83%) were relatively high. Variations of HMWGS at GluD1 were the most abundant, among which the frequency of subunits 5+10 (38.20%),which were regarded as the highest quality subunits,was the highest. And there were other new allelic genes. Using distant hybridization to improve wheat quality was very useful in China.
