摘要
本文应用免疫组化法对甲状腺肿瘤组织中TG的合成多少及分布特点进行了观察和探讨,另外还选抗癌胚抗原多克隆抗体和抗S—100蛋白抗体作对比观察,计有甲状腺腺瘤23例,乳头状癌12例,滤泡性癌3例,未分化癌3例,及鳞癌1例,共42例。用ABC免疫组化标记法其结果显示:①抗TG多克隆抗体对良、恶性甲状腺肿瘤的标记有明显的差异。②抗CEA多克隆抗体对良、恶性甲状腺肿瘤的标记阳性率较低。前者为8.7%,后者为15.8%。③抗S—100蛋白抗体对良、恶性甲状腺肿瘤的标记阳性率较高于CEA的标记阳性率。分别为30%和42.1%。
Having utilized the immuno-histochemical method,the composition and distribution of TG in thyroid tissue are observed and discussed in this paper and, in addition, observation of as well as compari-sion with anti-CEA and anti-S-100 are conducted. Among 42 cases of thyroid tumor examined, 23 are thyroid adenomas, 12 papillocarcinomas, 3 undifferentiated carcinomas and 1 is squamous cell carcinoma. The results show as follows: 1. The label of positive rate of benign thyroid tumor and that of malignant thyroid tumor for anti— TG is 91. 3% and 78. 9% respectively; 2. And the label of positive rate of benign and malignant thyroid tumor for anti—CEA is lower than others, the former is 8. 7% and the latter 15. 8%; 3. Compared with positive rate for anti —CEA, the label of positive rate of benign and malignant thyroid tumor for anti—S—100 is 30% and 42. 1% respectively.
