日本帝国主义吞并了中国半壁江山 ,在沦陷区 ,炮制农业移民政策 ,毁坏了中国的农业生产力。同时大肆掠夺沦陷区的土地和劳动力 ,征收各种苛捐杂税 ,采取种种手段搜刮农产品 ,致使中国土地荒芜 ,农作物产量严重下降 ,民生困苦 ,经济艰难。沦陷区人民处在水深火热之中 。

When half of the China was annexed by the Japanese imperialists, a so-called agricultural immigration policy was concocted in the enemy-occupied areas, and the productive forces were seriously destroyed. At the same time, land and labor forces were plundered wantonly , multifarious taxes were levied and farm products were extorted by resorting to all sorts of tricks and artifices , which resulted in the vast land of China lying waste , the serious decline in farm products , the strained circumstances of the people , and the arduous development of its economy. People in these enemy-occupied areas had to suffer the extreme misery and the beautiful land of China became a hell of earth.
