Along with the rapid development of network technology and information technology, traditional libraries are being lashed unprecedentedly. The librarians in universities and colleges should break away from traditional modes of thought, regulate their psychology,learn from peoples' strong points to improve their own weakness and enhance the quality of all the various aspects to adjust themselves to the New Age.
