海南的肺螨病

Pulmonary acariasis in Hainan Province

在对海南地区原因不明肺部炎症患者的病原研究中发现肺螨病14例。肺螨病是螨类经呼吸道进入肺部引起的感染性疾病,常见于从事粮食、中药材贮存及其加工厂的人员,然而在我们的资料中除1例与粮食有关接触外,其余病例均来自不同职业的普通人群,可能与海南地区气候终年温暖湿润有利于螨类孳生,居住和工作环境中螨类密度较高有关。同时这批病人中71.44％(10例)的病例以支气管哮喘为主要临床表现,具有一定的地区性特点。

14 cases with pulmonary acariasis were found in Hainan province by sputum smear. Their symptoms were cough, expectoration, hemoptysis, depression in the chest, and 71.21% of the sufferers showed asthma. All the patients devel-opled a marked eosinophilia ( 350-1250,/mm8).X-ray revealed varied degrees of widening shadow at the hilum of lungs as well as increased and disorderly lung markings.In some cases the chest-film showed a lot of scattered nodular shadows in the lungs.All the patients were effectively treated with metronidazole.
