颅脑肿瘤43例综合治疗的疗效分析

An Analysis of Treatment Results for 43 Patients with Intracranial Tumors

本文分析了我院自1983年7月至1989年5月收治经手术或/及放疗的颅脑肿瘤43例。除3例脑垂体腺癌以外,全部病例均经病理组织学证实。胶质瘤29例,占67.4％;从3年生存率看出,手术切除加放射治疗明显优于单纯手术(P<0.01)。术后放疗的剂量应在40Gy以上。在临床上合并有癫病发作、脑水肿明显和视力障碍的患者预后较差。

43 patients with intracranial tumors were treated at our hospital from July 1983 to May 1989. All cases were diagnosed histopathol-ogically except 3 pituitary adeno-mas, and were treated with surgery and/or radiation. Gliomas were 67.4%(29 cases). The treatment results were compared in considering the 3-year survival rate It showed that combined treatment was superior to surgery alone ( p<0.0 l) . The dose of postoperative irradiation should exceed 40Gy. Clinically, epileptic seizure, severe cerebral edema or declining uision indicated a poor outcome.
