摘要
目的 分析 84耳外耳道畸形的高分辨率CT(HRCT)表现 ,探讨颞骨鼓部发育畸形与外耳道畸形的关系。资料与方法 临床诊断 84耳外、中耳畸形患者均行HRCT检查 ,重点观察骨性外耳道鼓部发育的形态。结果 鼓部完全未发育、骨性外耳道未形成 4 3耳 (4 3/ 84 ) ;鼓部重度发育不良、鼓部为不规则形态、未形成骨性外耳道 2 7耳(2 7/ 84 ) ;鼓部中度发育不良、鼓部形成不典型的“U”结构、外耳道形态不良 14耳 (14 / 84 )。
Objective To analyze HRCT findings of external auditory canal deformity, and to discuss the relationship between the external auditory canal deformity and the dysplasia of tympanic part of temporal bone.Materials and Methods HRCT was performed in 84 ears with clinically diagnosed external and middle ear malformation. The observation was focused on the morphology of the bony external auditory canal.Results Aplasia of tympanic part with absence of bony external auditory canal was seen in 43 ears. Severe dysplasia of tympanic part, being irregular shaped and lack of bony external auditory canal was found in 27 ears. Moderate hypoplasia of tympanic part, presenting as U shaped structure, with malformation of bony external auditory canal was seen in 14 ears. Conclusion The deformity of bony external auditory canal is closely related to the dysplasia of tympanic part of temporal bone.
