In the general goal of our Party's construction, it is emphasized that the CPC should invariably stalk at the head of the era. This is the scientific prehension for the Party's modernization consciousness, and this is the enriching,developing and innovation of the Marxist theory of the Party. In the new era, in order to develop the modernization construction of the CPC, the important idea of the 'Three Represents' is the creed, strictly ruling over our Party by the law is the basis, construction of thought and theory are the underlying, and constructions of the cadre procession are the heart.
