海口市190株非O—1群霍乱弧菌血清学分型报告

A REPORT ON THE SEROTTPES OF 190 STRAINS OF NON-0 GROUP 1 CHOLERAE VIBRIO ISOLATED IN HAIKOU

本文对来自腹泻病人及外环境分离的190株非O—1群霍乱弧菌进行血清学分型,结果共有153株能分型(80.5％),37株未能分型(19.5％)。能分型的菌株共分布于29个血清型中,以VBO—51、VBO—2、VBO—23、VBO—13、VBO—10等血清型为主;而来自腹泻病人的菌株则以VBO—51、VBO—2、VBO—23、VBO—13等为常见血清型(45.2％),来自海产品的菌株以VBO—12血清型为主。试验结果肯定国产血清分型系统是可行的。

190 strains of Non-0 Group 1 Cholerae vibrio isolated in Haikou were studied serologicall by a new serotype System. Among fhem the serotype of 153 strains was identified while that of 37 strains was as yet unknown. The serotypes of 126 strains isolated from stools of patients with acute dianrrhea covered all fhe 29 serotypes but VBO-51 and VBO-2 were fhe common serotypes. There were 9 serotypes in 34 Strains isolated from seafoods and VBO-12 was the common one. The result of our study confirms that this new serotype system is useful.
