摘要
随着炭材料在高温领域应用的增长 ,对炭材料部件的生产和连接性能的要求越来越高。传统的机械连接技术在接头处有明显的应力集中现象 ,因此需要新的连接技术以用于制造和连接复杂或大尺寸的材料、部件。由于粘接技术的突出优势 ,对炭材料高温粘结剂的研究越来越活跃。就高温粘结剂的定义、分类等进行了介绍 ,并着重就应用于炭材料的无机型和冷固化型高温粘结剂及其性能进行了讨论。
With the increasing of applications of carbon materials in high temperature field, the demands for the production of carbon materials and their joining technologies become more urgent The traditional joining technology causes stress concentrations near the joint fields As a result of this, new joining techniques should be developed in order to meet the requirements of joining high temperature carbon materials with large size or complex shapes The researches of high temperature adhesives for carbon materials become more and more active due to the outstanding advantages of bonding techniques In this paper, the definition and classification of high temperature adhesives are introduced In addition, the properties of inorganic high temperature adhesives and cold curing adhesives are also reviewed respectively
